Product description
Automatic chemical dosing system for waste water treatment plant is a auxiliary auto-equipment, which can prepare and throw polymer solution continually. It can complete the chemical combination and mixing of the polymer continually and efficiently in order to obtain homogeneous and activated solutions. The equipment can be widely used in municipal wastewater treatment, sludge dewatering treatment and other technical treatment.

Structure And Working Principles
It applies a jet mixer, using high-speed water power to break up the polymer powder which will improve the fineness, increase the contact of water and polymer powder and reduce the time of dissolution. The equipment adopts the design of three tank overflow combination, that is, mixing, aging and storing. The proportion difference caused by the gravity and solubility will automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved solution. Homogeneous degree of the solution will be improved by stirring of the low-speed agitator afterwards.
It is used for:
♦ Dosing coagulant, filter aids, disinfection and acid-base fluid for water treatment.
♦ Dosing agentia in cooling water and circulating water, for example scale inhibitor.
